ORG AI Participant Contract

This Participant Contract is entered into by and between ORG AI (“Provider”) and participant ("Participant") as of the date of acceptance by the Participant.

1. Services: Provider agrees to provide access to the social learning program, self-learning modules, and online content as part of the ORG AI platform.

2. Participant Obligations: Participant agrees to use the ORG AI platform in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by Company. This includes building a social profile, engaging with the content, and adhering to community guidelines.

3. Payment: Participant agrees to pay the specified fee for access to ORG AI.

4. Intellectual Property: Participant acknowledges that all content and materials provided through ORG AI platform are the intellectual property of Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Data Privacy: Provider agrees to handle Participant's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice. Fees paid are not refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability: Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the ORG AI platform.

8. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Maryland.
