Do not share your login with anyone, even colleagues. Each participant should have their own login to complete the ORG AI Bootcamp and earn certification. However, ORG AI registration is included with Executive Networks Membership for members and their colleagues. Contact your EN Member Service Lead or support@orgai.co to add additional registrants.

Online Learning

Yes!  The Live zoom sessions are an interactive learning experience.  To ask a question, use the chat function in zoom.

Modules must be completed in order. The modules build upon each other, with each module setting the foundation for subsequent modules. You may return to previously completed sessions at any time to review information or watch recordings of the live sessions.

We want to provide some context on the LinkedIn language around accepting and sharing a badge to LinkedIn. The is not a way to accept and share a badge to LinkedIn without authorizing access.

  • Credly will never post something to a social site without the user’s initiation or permission.
  • Credly will only add badges to the user’s profile or post them to the user’s newsfeed when initiated by the user.
  • LinkedIn provides permissions in three levels. While we will never like or comment on content, that level of access is required in order to provide the other sharing services we offer, like posting badges.

To be clear, we do not edit data or access user information.

The Live Zoom sessions are held on Mondays at 10:00 am ET.  Live sessions are: 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1 and 4/8.  You can join the Live Zoom session by clicking on the link within the course module.

Yes, even those skilled in AI prior to the course must take the pre-assessment. The pre-assessment is a tool for the instructors.  Instructors will provide additional learning resources for those interested.

The pre-assessment is required, but don’t worry. Scores don’t matter! The pre-assessment is a tool for the educators.  It will provide a measurement of your achievements upon completing the six-week course.

You can rejoin the Live zoom by clicking on the zoom link in your session. Alternately, you can watch the recording of the Live zoom session. Recordings will be posted in the Courses tab within a few hours of the completion of the Live session.

Registrants who begin ORG AI Bootcamp after the kickoff can complete the modules on their own schedule.  All course material, including live and recorded sessions, are available on the Courses tab.  You can watch recordings of the Live sessions and if you catch up with the Bootcamp schedule, you can join the remaining Live zoom sessions.

The post-assessment is a measure of your achievement. It can be taken as many times as needed. Your core is confidential. You do need to successfully pass the assessment in order to earn your certification and to qualify for the next round of ORG AI learning.

Bootcamp

Not at all! This Bootcamp starts with the basics, and helps you build your skills from there.

You’ll build strong, foundational skills in GenAI, prompt engineering and more.

It’s a 6-week primer to help you develop a common language, hands-on experience, and a deeper understanding of generative AI and its impact on people and organizations.

When you complete the program, you’ll earn a certification, and gain entry to a dynamic sprint series where you’ll apply your learning in action against real-world challenges and opportunities.

The Bootcamp includes the following components:

Assessments

  • Pre-assessment
    • Assesses your knowledge and skills at the start of the program, to set a baseline
  • Post-assessment
    • Assesses your knowledge and skills at the end, to confirm how much you’ve learned
    • If you achieve at least 70% on the final assessment, you’ll earn a certification

Self-study

  • 6 modules (one per week)
    • Introduces key concepts and definitions
    • Helps you build strong, foundational GenAI knowledge and skills
  •  Prompt Pilot
    • Enables you to practice your skills in action, to build proficiency in prompt engineering
  • Recommended resources
    • Helps you gain additional context and stay current on developments in the industry

Live Sessions

  • 6 sessions (one per module)
    • Dives into the concepts that were introduced in each self-study module, to help you build a deeper understanding of the topic
    • Gives you a place to ask questions, discuss and debate with Altruistic’s AI experts

Social learning community

  • Dynamic connections
    • Learn and develop your skills together!
    • Connect with members of your Executive Networks group, other colleagues from your company who are enrolled in the program, and the entire ORG AI community

On average, you’ll spend approximately 1-2 hours on self-study and practicing your prompt engineering skills each week, plus 1 hour in the live session. The more time you spend practicing, the stronger your skills will become.

Yes and no. The live sessions are the best time to interact with Altruistic’s AI experts. However, they’re always available to answer questions on the ORG AI platform. Post your questions and comments in the Q&A section of the ORG AI site.

Prompt Pilot

Prompt engineering refers to the skills needed to interact effectively with generative AI. This Bootcamp helps you build core techniques in prompt engineering.

Prompt Pilot is a leading global training platform to build prompt engineering skills. Prompt Pilot is your AI coach, providing in-the-moment analysis and feedback on your prompts, and suggesting revised (improved) prompts, to help you become capable and confident in prompt engineering.

HR Professionals

For many reasons! GenAI is gripping all industries, and providing enhanced productivity and efficiency opportunities across all departments, and all kinds of work. As an HR professional, you sit at the intersection of technology, business, people, and you need the context, capability and confidence to support your company’s strategic use of artificial intelligence.

Digital transformations — like those sparked by the rapid adoption of GenAI — have significant organizational and human implications. You play a unique role in understanding the ‘people’ side of business, and ensuring your company and its employees have the perspectives and skills required to drive results.

The self-study learning modules and live sessions will include a range of use cases that include both HR-specific examples, and broader business examples.

Module 1

  • Generative AI is cross functional, which means a variety of skills are applicable to varied different exploration areas. In terms of prerequisite skill requirements for Generative AI success, there isn’t any. Anyone can learn to become an expert prompter.
  • Although, initial research indications highlight that if you’re more of an analytical or critical thinker, that you will natural perform better when it comes to prompting, pre-training that is 🙂

I think this can be abstracted to context. How good is it with context? And that just depends on what you are asking. Also, if it is something like GPT 4, it’s trained on the Internet, so that’s just something to account for. In short, it’s only as good as the information you put in your prompt and the data it is trained on.

Prescriptive AI provides recommendations to achieve a certain objective, with the human looped in to make the choice, whereas predictive AI provides predictions through algorithms and leaves it open for the human to make a recommendation.

It most definitely can. Generative AI has a broad range of applications but the 3 main applications are; text, code, and images. While you can generate and test code, it can also be used on Excel datasets to generate insights and perform calculations. We cover this in week 5.

Yes, week 3 is dedicated to the largest field study ever performed with Generative AI. It includes 700+ BCG consultants & focuses on the risks & implications for utilizing Generative AI in the workplace. We will be focusing on HR specific use cases in the live sessions.

Traditional AI is task specific. This means it reacts to inputs with pre-programmed answers. Traditional AI focuses on analyzing historical data and making future numeric predictions, while Generative AI is a subset of AI. It allows computers to produce brand-new outputs that are often indistinguishable from human-generated content. It has various applications.

Yes. While we’ll cover everything you need to know about Generative AI, its capabilities and how to effectively leverage large language models, we’ll also be building in HR-specific cases into the self-study content & the live sessions, which will enable you to ask all your questions around GenAI & the HR space.

There are limitations when it comes to AI and its capabilities. There are a lot of false positives, and when there is critical decisioning involved, false positives are very costly and a false negative – especially in health care – is the worst thing that can happen. The time-saving element of this case is more linked to the contouring of tumors, not the identification of them – meaning there is a clear trade-off.
